Ph1 == ACAV doesn't ?
Maybe was imported before 1997, I really don't know, I don't have that kind of documentation.

PH1 has XU10J4 RFY engine with ACAV intake indeed, the huge black intakemanifold.

ZX-Cruiser, this ZX has ACAV. Was assembled here, in UY. Car papers says 1997.

Maybe imported in '97 instead of built in '97?
The PH2 look is only a different hood and a grill, side repeaters are different, and there's another (uglier) airbag steeringwheel.
