Uhm, how did you manage to get the turbo behind the engine? There is +/- 11cm between the engine and *don't know the english word* but you probably know what I mean. Would you like to share schematics of the wires for the engine *don't know the english word either* I'm also swapping my 16V for a Turbo CT engine...I'm saving for a exhaust manifold, so no progress at the moment. |

thanks for the compliment!! Marc Reijnhoudt - http://www.leatherseat.net/ put a: ZX in the search field... and you can ask ZX-Cruiser... WIRING DIAGRAM....:http://peugeot.mainspot.net/wiring406/index.shtml or: http://peugeot.mainspot.net/wiring605/xu10j2te.shtml its the same engine but different car... to put this engine you should to squash a little bit (1-1.5cm) the Firepanel behind the turbo area. tip: to give the engine more "sporti personality" i replace the camshaft to the 1.9 8v from 205GTI. and some porting stage 1, to |

the car feel stronger of course!! the turbocharged engine made a very good difference! i dident "play" with the Wastegate, so the turbo is very linear, its important because i still like to attack corners!! now i drive on 0.7 bar, (i use mechanical faucet) |

0.7 bar is standard boost. Driving experience is totally different I guess? Lots of bottom torque and above 6000RPM power decreases fast. |

0.5 is the original... the turbo begin at 2500RPM and becuse the 1.9 cam' the engine "push" until the red line and the feeling is thet ther is more to get even 500RPM over!! so i'm gone rise up the red line up to 6750RPM. |
