Hi,

I bought this ZX Dakar in February 2011 and since then I have been working on the preparation of XU10J4RS.

The car is parked in the garage over a year and we are reaching the end of preparation this month.

Before it leaves the garage he was like this:

In the workshop:

I'm using pistons taxed wossner, 86.5 bore:

The cylinderhead was also tweaked:

Intake manifold was all polished:

Throttle body:

Kit apollo k&n:

Clutch Kit to +30bhp purchased in larkspeed:

I'll use the 300mm front brakes C4 Grand Picasso:

At the rear brake, here in Brazil we use, the front brackets BX 16v and 266mm discs:

I had the same pistons. Onley the come whit à lot of problems.
The weight of the pistons were not the same. There was a different of 10 gram.

I dont know if you check the weight of them?

My pistons were weighed and everything was ok.
