That is the ZX 16v DAKAR, is really a pice of work!!!
It's the smae engine, of the Peugeot s16 GTI, but doesn't have 6 gear.
But, for what i read, and infomed, the Dakar, have more performance that the s16 GTI.
Here in uruguay, never came that model  .

The Xsara VTS has also this engine. That is unfortunately correct, has only the S16 6 course transmission. But I want to still have the transmission. Is certainly very nice.
Thus I can only say the ZX 16V Mk2 am a beast. Mine is no Dakar. The Dakar was limited on 200 pieces and of at the end of 1997 to at the beginning of 1998 built.

In Brazil the ZX Dakar was imported between 1996 and 1997. I don“t know how many Dakar“s we have here...but I am still happy to have one in my garage
