well this is my zx with just a couple of mods
1993 zx
with 45 mm throttle bodies and webber management
and slightly bigger brakes !!
the head gasket is being done at the moment and hopefully if i can afford it a couple of cams as well
theres a be3/6 (gti6) gearbox with a lightened flywheel going in before the spring
let me know what you think!

hi Whitty, nice ride!
using itb´s is a hardcore mod for a naturally aspirated engine, I guess! I think it´s too hard to fine tuning the engine, but the gain is marvelous! and the sound of the itb´s working under heavy acceleration is hypnotizing!
like Martin, it´s too difficult to find these parts here too
congratulations!

bit's were not to bad to get here in uk, tuning it wasn't that bad spent about a day on and off the rolling road worst part was getting the cold start right.

Looks good, yea I asked cause I didnt find a company yet who produced them, you have to get them custommade.. which is €€€€€$$$$$

it's not for a zx!!!!! it was a 405 2.0 mi16 one was a absolute pain in the ass to get in and had to modify crossmember slightly to stop in catching but it made a noticeable difference seemed to relase more mid range torque but never had it on the rolling road to check if there was any gain but it deffinatly felt better

It's the same engine isnt it? But in the 405 there's more space to make an equal lenght manifold I guess

yes same engine in the late 2.0 405's but if you want an improved manifold to standard zx one then a gti6 one is equal length tubular manifold and i happen to have a spare!
