I have another question, how did you instal that manifold in your 16v???, becouse i've the same engine of your 16v but that mainfold is not like i have.



Here is a pic. the one in red is the Exhaust manifold i have, but the one in te right is the E.manifold i want.

it was installed with a great deal of effort ! very awkward to get in,

the two pictures the one on the left is standard cast manifold found on the xu10j4 phase 1 zx 16v

the one on the right is tubular one found on the
xu10j4rs found on phase 2 zx 16v 306 gti6 and xsara vts

to fit tubular manifold to xu10j4 (phase 1) is possible but you have to re drill some of the mounting holes on the manifold easily done take cast one off engine lay face to face with tubulat manifold and drill through the holes

as it happens i have a tubular manifold for sale but i im not surew if i could post it to you would have to look into it and of course you would have to cross my palm with silver for the manifold !!
