New goodies under the hood
Dirtty injectors
Dirty fuelrail
Clean injectors!
Rear is lowered too
Hole in doorpanel
Hole in door..
Took the door out to make the speakercables run to it
Wires from inside the car
I'm missing something here..
Smoothing MDF speaker rings
Paint
Rings are attached to the doorpanel and also to the door itself with M6 bolts for a solid construction.
Double layer trunk bottom, with plugs to take it out quickly
Door 1 ready!
Big-ass filter..
Door 2 ready too Weak window mechanisms, here we modified one to never break down again (at that point at least..)
New 288mm Xsara brakes :)
Front brakes replaced with yellow powdercoated 288mm callipers
Brakehose that seized up :(
Calliper assembled
Wheel on
Old standard brake on the other side...
The hose that seized up also took the alumuminum rear calliper down under.. Thread has been damaged so bad that I had to replace the complete calliper.

It's not really winter here in the Netherlands but still I bought a new set of wheels for the winter, the original 16V alloys don't fit the bigger brakes anymore :(
I got these used Mangels Indiana 16" wheels.
They were not that good anymore
But the powdercoater managed to cover all that up :D
Wintertires on the wheels
A close fit, offset of these rims is 25 (pug 206) and I decided to use my 20mm spacers from the summer wheels and it fits..
End result

wow! These Mangels wheels are very commmon here! great look!
Looks Good ZX-C. Looking at the pictures, it looks like you have to open the ashtray to have access to the switches and display?
Other question, where have you bought the fuse holder with voltage indicator (digit), that you have mounted close to the battery?
thanks in advance,
jeroen

Found some nice led replacement lamps :)
Check
Almost all lamps have been replaced for led lamps
Had to modify the indicator relay cause it now sees a low resistance, and will blink like mad It's been chuffed away deep down :(
Braking:
Indicator (front is same lamp, side has led lamps as well)
Just dipped beam
I managed to break the right foglight led so those are out again :( I will trying to modify complete units with leds in the future, but for now it stays this way.
