Perforating rust?
If this is not the case, sanding, after phosphatant, blaxon.
I have a similar concern about the mine, the repair is underway

aaah thats quite common - its not really rusty, sure theres abit of surface rust but nothing really.
ITs quite common the ZX's as people jack them up in the wrong place.

you can use 205 cills they are the same profile, but obviously shorter
