I dont speek english very well but when I know right, on motor RFY XU10J4D/LZ 152PS fit a collector from 405 MI16 or a collector from new model ZX RFT XU10J4D/LZ 167PS??

Make it enything better a collector from MI16?? Must it remake??

Sorry when you write here yet  I dont understand :(

Sorry for understanding but I spend an automatic translator

in the left XU10J4 collector (152ps) in the right XU10J4RS collector (167ps)

Left the tube length between each cylinder are not equal, the more the collector is made from cast iron. Right conduits are the same length and the collector is made of stainless steel.

But be careful in all cases, changes are needed. MI16 or 309gti16 collector Requires less change than 167ps collector.

But you want to climb on what exactly engine? I did not fully understand what you wanted

I have a 152PS motor. And need better collector. I am interested about if can I use collector from 167PS motor to my motor. If needed any upgrade or remake or it didnĀ“t fit to my motor. If collector fit, than gross up a power or torque???

Or what am I do with my motor to rise a power or toeque???

I saw here people fitting the intake header of the Citroen BX on the xu10j4d/z engines...on exhaust I need to confirm!

Apparently not, the collector 167 would not pass, it touch at the breech.

If not for horsepower and torque, so it is expected to rise, but by how much no idea.

Perfect fit Inlet and Exhaust from Bx/405 Mi16.
no modifications made.

What i am curious is, can I/We fit the 163 bhp Exhaust (the octopus) one without i do any modifications? I hate to kick the metal of the car as its old enough :)))

That has to be a massive improvement over the twin inlet manifold???

Not sure about the 8 branch exhaust manifold but it doesn't appear much different in size to the cast one on the previous picture???

Thing is i have the 8-part exhaust manifold. Also head , everything comes from BX 16V/Mi16 engine.
But exhaust is very prone to cracks....and eventually i am thinking if fitting the octopus one from the 163 bhp engine.
So i am curious if i can fit that without cutting my back arches ;)))

the gti 6 manifold (4 equal length headers) will not fit on the 2.0 mi head without modification, port shapes are different, so a bit of welding and fettling needed. although the stud pattern does match. stud pattern does not match the 1.9 mi head tho and you still have port mismatch too.

the 1.9 mi manifold, (8 branch) will fit directly over the 2.0 head, all the bottom holes line up, but the top ones dont, you will need to make a metal brace (flat metal bar) and drill the stud pattern of your 2.0 litre head. then place this bar over the top flange of the 8 branch manifold and clamp into head, hey presto! no drilling or modifying of either items!

had one working perfect like this for over 3 years.

the 309 gti 16 (french only I think) had a 1.9 mi engine but with 4 branch equal length headers manifold like the rs engine. this is a direct fit to any 1.9mi engine, and can be fitted to the 2.0 head with the brace. they are rare, but you can still buy from peugeot.

hope this helps.

Pads and discs wont fit right into PH1 calliper.
Complete brake setup is exchangeable, I have the 283mm setup which is the same as GTi-6. So you need callipers, discs, and pads.
Original disc is 260mm so you gain some disc surface ;)
