WOW! is that bearing failure?
Are you going to put some headshielding next to the turbo to protect the fusebox etc??
Looks a great setup.
PS Your english is fine

It is not really the bearings that fail, but the sealingring that hardens. Dirt can get to the bearings and as a result damaged trailing arms.
There will be some heatshields to prevent damage to several components indeed.

Something about an inactive board and lazy members made me post these pics
edit:
To prove I'm not really lazy, I have done a lot of maintenance on my daily faded red 16V.
-new handbrake cables
-new brakediscs and pads front+ rear
-replaced drivers seat(was broken)
-replaced the kat
-fixed the ACAV
-fixed map sensor error
-new left wishbone
-wheelside driveshaft dustcap righthand side
-installed compo+sub+amp
-replaced mid muffler
-fitted original rimms
-fitted original headlamps
-new sparkplugs
-oil + filter change
-some minor interior things(bulbs, coverplate thingies)
-cleaned the K&N filter
-new thermostate

Been working on the turbo. Because I did not have much time before I didn't bother to clean parts etc, but I have time now and stripped the engine down again.
Before
After
Removed and cleaned every bit of erm throttlehousing?
Don't know what I am going to with the rust etc...

It's really hot in Holland at the moment so I work a bit slow to prevent overheating
I had to remove the bracket for the aircocompressor to fit the steeringpump. Didn't do it very nice, so I had another go with the sump. This time I removed it, which made it easier. Grinding just isn't my thing, but I'm satified with the result.
Cilinderbore and piston looked good, really happy about that.
After refitting the pump and bracket again it fits perfectly.
The real build up is starting now. Fitting the multibelt really was a bitch. I have never encountered an engine where fitting the belt was such a pain in the ass! Had to turn the crankshaft clock and anti clockwise to get the belt over the pullies. Not a normal method but it worked and the belt is in place, maybe it's just me

Took apart the turbo, because I needed tot rotate the oil housing.
Made a bracket to support the exhaust manifold.
Finished.
Also made a bracket voor the ignition coil, as it could no longer be mounted at the original spot.
Made an oil feed and return line and some other hoses.
The original XM TCT intercooler and radiator fitted after some adjustments.
