Hello people i am new here, i recently broke up my cossie and sold my golf VR6 and bought a ZX Volcane Turbo D so i thought i would sign up and show you what i have and hopefully get some info.

I know it isnt a 16v but i think the site is still relevant to me especially being the only ZX forum that i can see.

Only pics of it i have so far are the advert pics from ebay

Gotta love the reg plate......ARD lol

Well then thats the car let the modding begin ASAP

Ive got a few bits to go on it now that i have built up since 10/12/09 when i bought the car. So far the only thing i have done to the car is an oil and filter change the day after i got it and fitted oil sandwich plate ready for my gauges.

Firstly gauges, these are the very expensive stack gauges from my cossie! probably worth more than the ZX but they are finding their way into it at the weekend!

Crappy £26 universal halfrauds duccy kit, i didnt see any point in spending out any more on one for this car tbh as its only a TD

Im not really a person for ICE tbh and i havent been since my first car which was years ago i always would rather not have the weight in the car BUT i have decided as its only a ZX i may as well get some bass back into my driving life!

I bought 2 infinity 12's which cost a fortune and a proper quality box back in 2001ish i think and never fitted them to a car, now is the time to finally get them in a motor so this weekend i bought a JBL GTO7001 amp, knukonceptz.com wiring kit, Cd changer to go with the alpine tape deck i had in the golf (yes i still use tapes) and a facia adapter for the ZX.

That looks very nice! If you need any parts , give me a email m0gsia@googlemail.com I've got a garage full of spares! Get some ph1 16v alloys , they would look mint.

Wow, nice car. Diesel passenger cars are prohibited to sale in Brazil, so we have only gasoline Volcanes here.

Like your Stack gauges!

I think some ZX16V wheels, dropping the height of suspension will make a good look! And yellow fog lights will give a nice look too!

UPDATE..........kind of

I bought some wheels for the beast last night! Took them back to my mates to put them on, i had put one on and was doing the second when he said leave them here i will refurb them and re paint them so the exitement of new wheels was short lived and they are left round his lol

Heres a massivly high quality nightime pic, as you can see the bumper is hanging off where i had a little loss of talent down a backroad but that should be sorted soon i hope lol
